Description:
On the Firefox Accounts login page, "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Notice" links bring up the browser frame, which covers the bottom section of the status bar. Although the same issue does not affect the string in English, the frame cuts off the Arabic string at the bottom inside the search bar. Therefore, the frame should be lowered so that it does not cover any section of the status bar.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150507064907.
2) Go to Settings > Language, and set the language in Arabic.
3) Navigate to Settings > Firefox Accounts.
4) Select "Create Account or Sign In".
5) Select "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Notice".
6) Observe the height of the browser frame.

Actual:
The browser frame is higher than the bottom of the status bar, cutting off the "Search the web" string.

Expected:
The browser frame is not higher than the status bar and does not cut off anything on the status bar.

This issue also reproduces on Flame 2.2.

Result: The browser frame is higher than the bottom of the status bar, cutting off the "Search the web" string in Arabic.

Delphine, can you take a look at this please? Doesn't seem to be a loc specific issue but it is affected the language Arabic.

Not sure what's expected of me on this one :) All I can say is that if this affects shipping locales (and it does), it would be good to get a fix in. thanks
