Description:
The notification related to video recording is not aligned correctly, but shifted to the right on the notification tray. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150507064907.
2) Go to Settings > Language, and set the language in Arabic.
3) Return to Homescreen, and open Camera.
4) Switch to video mode, and start recording.
5) Pull down the notification, and observe the string "Camera", "Camera & Mic are ON", and timestamp.

Actual:
The notification is shifted towards right and not aligned as other notifications.

Expected:
The notification and timestamp are aligned correctly as other notifications.

This issue also reproduces on Flame 2.2.
