Sorry, I don't know what component to file this in. I used to have permission to upload files to tooltool. It looks like I don't have permissions with the new system. When I go to https://api.pub.build.mozilla.org/ and log in, it does not give me a "Tokens" option.
I messed up the permissions for issuing tokens.. should be fixed shortly.
