Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to AMO-dev https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/
2. Load  “Manage My Submissions” page https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addons
3. Submit a new addon
4. During submission, at Step 2, hover over the "Yes, distribute my add-on on this site." tool-tip

Expected results:
The explications available are listed in the default language.

Actual results:
The explications available are listed in Chinese (or some Cyrillic language).

Notes/Isuess:
Verified on FF38(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on AMO-dev.

Verified as fixed on AMO-dev FF38(Win 7).

The tool-tip is not translated in some languages, like: French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. 
Should I reopen this issue or close it?

There could be two reasons for that:
1/ the translations aren't done yet
2/ the server needs restarting to take the translations into account (i'll NI :jason on that)

Because the initial logged issue was fixed, the translation is made for the majority of the lang, and...because translations are "work in progress", I'll close this bug. (see postfix screencast from comment #3)
