Details

There have been a couple attempts at getting 1.6 working with limited success.  The recent work done to use cloud config seems to improve things but still ran into issues where it wouldn't start up.  This bug is to work specifically on getting docker 1.6 running instead of fitting it in with other work.

Some motivation to get to 1.6 includes the new registry, logging, and stat features.

AMIs have been upgraded to use docker without pinning version (right now 1.6.1 is released).  Worker types have been updated.
