Meta bug to track all the slow load/incomplete load from the e.me server.

We need to troubleshoot and narrow down where the source of the slowness comes from.
as per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1162112#c16 and c18, we need to do some overall troubleshooting.

I think most of the work might be done in bug 1164772 ; 

1) there's a CSS issue where the variables aren't being loaded right.  reverting part of the code helps.
2) There's a possible conflict with the addons manager that might be slowing the load
3) there's some db conflict that's causing the content not to load.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
