Details
In the task definition for mulet mochitests, capabilities need to be added for loopback video and audio. Also the tester image needs to be updated to start pulseaudio in the entry point.

Killed those instances and retriggered. there is an intermittent error in chunk 3 that pops up from my testing. Spoke with :gerard-max and it's possible it needs to be skipped like it is for b2g.
