No transitionend event is fired somehow with the Marionette flick action in test_gallery_flick.py as opposed to a manual flick action

It turns out that with the Marionette flick action, no transitionend event is generated, which causes next flick actions to fail (manually or Marionette generated) on the device (also on b2g desktop on Mac).
With manual flicks, this issue does not occur.

I've attached a workaround that artificially creates this transitionevent for this test in bug 1161441 and that works.
But this should happen automatically when after this flick action has occured and the image has finished scrolling.
