as per above. It looks like I need access rights so that I can make some modifications to which build is being shown for the nightly and nightly-test?

So, I'm surprised you were able to login to the interface already. I traced that to bug 1162295, and I'm surprised that IT would give you access without running it by RelEng first. I'll be chasing that down separately. In any case, I've given you access to manipulate any rules that have product set to "B2G", so you should be good to go now.
