116343 - Border Below Title Bar, Full-screen Botched, and Print Preview Screwy

I didn't take a picture of all of these, but I did get the border problem one.
When I go to full-screen in the latest build it messes up the fullscreen ui, and
when I return to normal the print button has taken over the mozilla icon. Print
preview looks freaky...the page will show, but the background is freaky. 

All of these take place in win98.

It looks like you are reporting several bugs here. Please send an individual bug
report for every bug you discover. E.g. if that is the bug for the print-preview
page, you must most likely make an extra bug report for the fullscreen mode bug
or button alignment bug, unless these three bugs would really have the same origin.

I was rather shocked by the print-preview bug. I'm not allowed to access your
URL, so I don't know what kind of screen shot you have there, but I decided that
this bug will become the print-preview bug ^_^

I'm using Build ID 200122106 (on Win98) and the problem is that the
print-preview has a funny background that once a while also overlaps the
scrollbars. I will upload a screenshot.

I cannot access the screenshot url (403 Forbidden error).

Fullscreen mode (the one reached by F11) is completely experimental and there 
are bugs on coming up with a decent spec for it and then implementing it.

The print preview bug should be filed as a separate clear bug on the printing 
component, and the screenshot attached to that.  [e-mail], could you do 
that please?
