Open a window from a link, the mouse scrole works fine, but the arrow keys do
not go up and down the page, after you click on some blank area of the page you
can then use the arrow keys.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to page
2.open a link from it
3.press up/down arrow keys, nothing happens

Actual Results:  no movement

Expected Results:  scrol up and down

This has been fixed for a while now.  Please test with a newer build.
