Precondition:
Set an ice contact in Contacts.
Set passcode screen lock.
Set System language to Russian
1.Enter Lock screen
2.Tap "Emergency call"button to enter ermergency call dialer view


[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The "Ice contacts-In case of emergency" should not overlap with the ">" icon.
