[Email] Add a wrong email address(end with "@" for example 123@) as a recipient and sent it, there is no prompt of "Invalid Addresses".

[Nexus5 v2.2&v3.0][Flame v2.2&v3.0][Email] Launch E-Mail and log in an account .When you add a wrong email address end with a "@",there is no prompt of "Invalid Addresses".

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch email and log in an account .
2.In "Compose"view, add a wrong email address end with "@"( for example 123@)
3.Tap the sent icon at top right.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.There should be a prompt of "Invalid Addresses"and, and user can not send email.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.The wrong email adress is marked as red, but there is no prompt of "invalid Addressed".

Duping to bug 914004 which explicitly addresses the "send" case and has defined UX to implement, but the recently filed bug 1159181 is also somewhat similar.  Note that bug 914004 pre-dates the asynchronous send mechanism which will I believe has improved the error message, but not in a synchronous fashion.
