The diacritics display in a different font than they should be.

This is almost certainly a duplicate of bug 1163085. I'd appreciate if you'd answer my question on that report, rather than filing the same thing again.

In the screenshot, note Șș (U+218, U+219 S with comma below) and Țț (U+021A, U+021B T with comma below). They're displayed in a different font than the rest of the text.

1. Go to https://www.youtube.com and sign in.
2. At the bottom of the page, select Language: Romanian. Country: Romania probably isn't necessary.
3. In the top right corner of the page, click Încarcă (the Upload button). I'm currently getting a “Sorry, we can't create a channel right now. Try again later.” error message, so I can't try to reproduce this.
