STR:
Run gaia-ui-tests/gaiatest/tests/functional/browser/test_browser_play_video.py on device.
Observe the phone while the test is executing.
In line 86 and 87, it shows controls and checks whether the controls are visible. The script passes in this section, but on the screen, no control UI is shown.

Hrm, yes, I see it. No idea what's going on there. I guess we need to use the function in videocontrols.xml that makes the controls appear, to make this work better, but that stuff at the end is a workaround anyway. It's not of much value, at this point, at all, because it's not making use of a UI action.
