116377 - Page never loads

When you click on the Account Access button from the home page
(https://www.interactivebrokers.com), the page is never displayed.

I have tested it on both Win2000 (Mozilla 0.9.6 2001112009) and Linux Mandrake
8.1 (Mozilla 0.9.6 2001112012).

This problem does not occur when using Netscape 4.7 or IE 5.

Have you installed PSM ?
(You must have a SSL tab under Edit\preferences\Privacy&Security\SSL

Can you visit other HTTPS Pages like https://www.ccc.de ?

Hi

You were correct. It seems that because I did a custom install, not all the
required browser components were installed. When I did a default install, the
page loaded.

I have never used Buzilla before - how do I close the case/bug report?

If you do a custom install be sure that you install PSM (Personal security
Manager) if you want to visit Https pages.
