[1.Description]:
[Flame v3.0][Homescreen]Add a bookmark icon to homescreen under no-network environment, the icon will be shown as a rocket icon. Then connect to a wifi, and restart device. The bookmark icon is not updated to its website icon.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Add a bookmark displayed as  rocket icon to homescreen.
2. Connect to a wifi. 
3. Open a website, it will redirect to the Authentication page, then login with valid account and password. 
4. Check the bookmark icon.
5. Restart device and check the icon again.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4&5. The bookmark icon will be updated from rocket icon to its website icon.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4&5. The bookmark icon is not updated and still shown as rocket icon on homescreen.

I try to repro this bug on today's build of Flame v3.0 using the bookmark ("http://3g.163.com/x/" ,or "www.baidu.com"),sometimes I can repro it (Rate:2/5). 

Result: After restarting device, the bookmark icon is not updated.Sometimes when I restart device again,the icon is updated successfully.

And I can repro this bug on the earliest build of Flame v3.0 by the STR in Comment 0. 

Results: After restarting device, the bookmark icon was not updated even if I could browser the website in Browser app.

QAnalysts don't have a captive portal available for testing. I tried with a normal wifi hotspot and couldn't repro the issue (at step 4 and step 5 I see the updated icon).

Adding keyword to exclude this bug in our queries.

This wasn't the bug I'm seeing, but the bug I'm seeing I've certainly not experienced in a really long time, so the fix that got checked in almost certainly fixed it. I'm also pretty confident that it doesn't affect the new homescreen (I think there may also be marionette tests that guard against it now? I'm not certain of that though).

I can't repro this bug on latest Flame KK v2.5, but can repro it on latest Aries KK v2.5 by the STR in comment 0.

Actual results: 
(1)On Flame KK v2.5 (Rate:0/10):
After step 4, the bookmark icon is not updated from rocket icon to its website icon.
After step 5, the bookmark icon is updated from rocket icon to its website icon.

(2)On Aries KK v2.5 (Rate:6/6):
After step 4, the bookmark icon is not updated from rocket icon to its website icon.
After step 5, the bookmark icon is not updated from rocket icon to its website icon anyhow, unless you add a new bookmark to homescreen and give up/delete the old bookmark icon. When you open the old bookmark icon, the browser will allow you to add the bookmark to homescreen again.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
