We need icon support for Websites. The external API should follow exactly what is done for apps. Internally, it should also be implemented as closely as possible to apps. Most of the tasks etc dealing with icons don't need to know if the underlying object is a webapp or a website, so there should be little copy/pasting needed.

Fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/d1a2d268485683c5d0166f233817d4cb32ea3bbe We'll QA websites stuff completely later, but since I did a refactor of apps icons in this... QA: - Please verify icons and previews still work properly for apps (including submission, edition, frontend)
