[1.Description]:
[Nexus 5][v2.2&v3.0][Download Manager]When user fails to download, the red button warning icon to prompt download failure is displayed deformedly at Downloads view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Download some files from Browser.
2. Disconnect the network.
3. Launch "Settings"->"Downloads".



[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The red button warning icon should display normally (Same with Flame).

[4.Actual Result]: 
3 . The red button warning icon to prompt download failure is displayed deformedly at Downloads view. The red part changes from round to square, and white excalmatory mark is enlarged and can not be displayed completely.
