1164411 - After closing "Manage RSS Subscriptions..." full TB UI freezes

TB installed on a standard type user (without administrative rights).

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1. Open Manager Accounts (it is not important which way)
2. On a RSS & Blogs account already configured, click on "Manage RSS Subscriptions"
3. A dialog box is opened. That is the expected one, just close it.
4. Close the Account Manager

IMPORTANT: Opening "Manage Subscriptions" directly from the Folder pane *doesn't* shows the problem.

What is expected
----------------
1. User should be able to interact normally with Thunderbird

What happens
------------
1. All the UI is frozen. Nothing happens when clicking on any place on the interface. *Neither* on the System provided UI window buttons (I was trying to close the window)

2. No error message on the Error Console. In fact, that window is also frozen.

3. Menu is available and working (options shows new dialog boxes as expected and they could be closed normally). User can Quit TB without problem.

4. After quitting TB and running it again, everything works fine, if user doesn't follow the steps needed to reproduce the problem.

With two dialogs open on a Mac, this could be a duplicate of an existing Mac bug report

I am thinking of bug 476541, to which many of our Thunderbird bugs are duplicated
