Details

When Sync can't reach the server an info bar is displayed at the bottom of the window letting the user know and saying that Sync will automatically retry. The message is purely informational. No user action is needed or possible. The info bar also contains a button that opens the sync preferences where, again, no action is needed or possible to resolve the issue.

We should avoid notifying the user about this since they can't act on it and it will be fixed automatically.
