Clarifying the privacy notice with respect to the Initial Activation ping and how Mozilla uses data around this.

Please make the arrangements to make this live and localized.

I guess as soon as we can get this live and by sometime next week will be ok though
Per email exchange with Mika, she wants me to hold off on this until we have other requests so we can combine work with another request.  If the localized versions are time sensitive, let me know right away.
