User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Build ID: 20150508094354 Steps to reproduce: 1. Updated to Firefox 38.0 with bulgarian localization. 2. Opened Firefox 38.0. 3. Pressed Control+Shift+P to open a new private window. 4. Pressed Control+E to focus the search edit field. Actual results: Pressing Control+Shift+P opened the Library with the "History" section selected. Pressing Control+E did not do nothing. Expected results: Control+Shift+P should open a new private window. Control+E should move the keyboard/system/input focus to the search field.
I restored searchFocus.commandkey2, showAllHistoryCmd.commandkey and privateBrowsingCmd.commandkey in Aurora and Beta and this will be fixed in their next releases.

Thank you Ognyan for the quick fix! I assume you already signed off for beta on that changeset?
Thank you for reminding me :-) I will look at the overall state of Beta soon.
