[Nexus 5][v2.2][Settings]When user tries to uncheck the "Number" keyboard, the "OK" button in prompt can hardly be chosen.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch "Settings".
2. Choose "Keyboards"->"Select Keyboards"
3. Uncheck "Number".
4. Press the "OK" button.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The "OK" button can easily be chosen.

4. Sometimes the "OK" button can hardly be chosen.

This problem can greatly impact the user experience. But I fail to find this bug in some other locations with silimilar "OK" button (EX. Language Smartcollection, etc.). 
And I tired to find this bug on Flame with SHB enabled, but it does not exist.
