1164854 - Update country info in infographics

Countries got mixe up in our speed infographic 

The data map spreadsheet has 23.6 Mbits for South Korea (Republic of Korea) but somehow the data got assigned to North Korea (Korea, Democratic People's Republic of) on the infographic!

We need to change this immediately! Let's investigate how this happened to make sure we don't have other errors like this.

Here, both Koreas share the same value ("Moderate") when only South Korea should have one.

And Government censorshop: North Korea and South Korea mixed up here as well:

And value should be 33 not 32.
