When I was submitting commends for the bug, it happened for me to exceed the TEXTAREA's default region (so that the scrollbar appears). Then, when you have 'the extra text', and you press the down arrow key several times it goes to the last line. When past the last line, it decreases an 'extra line', going back to a line before the last one. And when hitting the down arrow, it goes back to the last (real) line. This is not a fatal error like I posted, but somehow when hitting the down arrow I could go back to the first characted in the text. That can be very boring to the common user.
