When all locales are translated and on the new firefox/sync template design, we should remove the old template from the bedrock repo.

In this case we didn't use different lang files (and learned that it's something that we should do).

Locales with the new template have a 'firefox_sync_redesign' tag.

List of affected locales (activate, but without the tag): be, fa, ff, he, kk, km, lv, ml, mr, ms, ro.

I think it would be already safe to drop the old template and disable the page for these locales.
