The telemetry probes have a field for one or more e-mail addresses that they can notify of regressions. We could just dump the e-mails of the GC people in there, but I think it would be better long term to set up a mailing list that all interested parties can listen on and point the telemetry regression reporting there.

I added the CC probes as well -- I figure there are probably enough interactions that it's worth keeping an eye on the whole heap.
