The server is refusing connections so I can't test it. There is just no
webserver running on that host. Reporter, is this still a problem?

Mozilla is now handling this properly and listing the full file name. MFCEmbed
is still not handling it properly and is including the "root" directory name in
the file name. Someone from embedding should probably look at that behavior.
See this test page:

Same behavior on:
http://old.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?/classicgaming/mame32qa/icons.zip

The file "icons.zip" will be renamed to "ONS.ZIP"...

Tested on WinXP with
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1a) Gecko/20020611
The fileplanet.com site sends the following HTTP header:

Content-Disposition: file; filename=ONS.ZIP

and we honor that. So the behavior there is exactly correct.

Note comment 4 -- this is no longer a Mozilla bug, but an MFCEmbed bug _only_.
