[1.Description]:
[Flame v2.2 & v3.0][Nexus5 v2.2 & v3.0][Download Manager]When user invokes download manager from Email,they will find only a single line of downlod file's name is dispalyed. If user tries to select the name string, they can find blank area can be selected.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite:There are any download file with long name.
1.Open Email and create a new mail.
2.Tap paper clip icon.
3.Select Downloads.
4.check file name.
5.Try to select/copy the string after "...".
6.Back to email and paste.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.If the name string is too long, device will begin a new line.
5.User can't select the blank area.
6.Nothing will be pasted.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.The file name is truncated.
5.User can select the blank area.
6.4 or 5 characters at the end of file name will be pasted.

This isn't the email app, this is the "download" app (at gaia/apps/download) that implements the "pick" activity the email app uses.  There isn't a specific bugzilla component for the app, so I'm moving this to the settings app which owns the other downloads UI.
