As soon as the index page at CPS2Shock loads the floating snowflake script the
performance of Mozilla drops to a snails pace and the UI stops responding. The
source code has a branch for Mozilla, so unless there is something that I didn't
see wrong there, the flakes should drop smoothly and the page should move as well.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  The site begins to stall during loading and when it appears the
site does not scroll smoothly and the Mozilla UI locks up

Expected Results:  The site should load with a smoothly floating snowflake
pattern and should scroll easily.
