Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new profile
2. Go to http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/jamestaylor/sailingtophiladelphia.html


Actual results:

error message : The connection was reset


Expected results:

site should have opened.
Worksforme with a May 14 nightly...
And with a May 15 nightly too.
Im on windows
I can do a    ping azlyrics.com -t   , and it pings. 
But i cant open the site in nightly. 
I cant open the site in Chrome. But if i use the "Data Saver" addon - which uses a US proxy- I can open the site.

Any ideas?
