TB 38 beta 5 screwed Calendar import.

I was importing from TB 31.

I copied it to dropbox from my laptop and tried to import on the netbook

The latest beta of TB 38 screws calendar importation from TB 31.

I am attaching a screenshot.
What do you mean with importing? Are you just copying your 31 profile or did you try to import an ics calendar file previously exported from the TB31/Lightning 3.3 using the export/import menu options Lightning provides?

Is there anything in the log (ctrl+shift+j) when expiriencing this?

Marco?

The bug still happens when I import in the 14'' machine that now has TB 45 (pt_PT).

I am almost sure it is a locale bug in Calendar.

I sent the file privately since it has sensitive information.

I've just TB 45 pt_PT with Lightning 4.7:

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/45.0/win32/pt-PT/

and the calendar you provided me has been imported (via menu Events and Task -> Import...) without errors. I've verified the total number of events and tasks and nothing is missing.

The calendar also passes online validators with just a few warnings about the presence of some blank lines that don't seem being a problems for Lightning. You could try to delete them with a text editor, but it seems a useless caution.

Maybe you already had in Lightning someone of those events or tasks and Lightning found duplicate id entries and generated an error (just guessing).
Maybe the information requested in comment 1 might help to understand what went wrong, but, as far as I can see, the calendar file is OK.
