When I try loading the MathML torture test (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/MathML_Project/MathML_Torture_Test), item 13 is not rendered consistently when zoomed: upper bar of the radicals is rendered with different thickness depending on the zoom level (see the attached sample).
Also, sometimes there is a discontinuity in the conection between the "V" and the bar (also visible in the sample).

Another issue I noticed is that the size difference bertween the nested radicals is not linear as it is in the TeX sample.

This is a problem specific to Cambria (see bug 1045263). I suggest you try installing Latin Modern Math (http://www.gust.org.pl/projects/e-foundry/lm-math/download) or XITS (https://github.com/khaledhosny/xits-math/releases) and see how it renders when you change "Render mathematics with"
