1165488 - Make gaia (and jsmarionette) use in-tree versions of jsmarionette packages

In bug 1164684, we pulled our jsmarionette framework into the gaia tree. The next step is to configure gaia's npm setup so that gaia uses packages within the tree where applicable. jsmarionette packages that rely on other jsmarionette packages should also use in-tree versions.
