Details

1. turn on wifi hot spot
2. connect to the device with another device
3. let device end up lockscreening
4. try web browsing on the other device

Expected: web browsing is possibe
Actual: device is asleep so the wifi connection ends up closing

Note:
1. it would be nice to have a different lockscreen as well to signify that you're using wifi tethering / hotspot and also a warning for keeping this on could drain battery power...
FYI, the reason why I filed this, is because it's annoying UX to have to keep the device on and not in lockscreen.  We need a simplier process and safe (ie allowing for lock but to keep the connection alive ).
