:kats, I will try to reproduce this week, and show you a photo or video. 

The rough steps:
1. scrolling a huge list of contacts or message app on Firefox OS. 
2. finger scrolling as fast as possible. 
3. then touch screen to stop scrolling. 

Actual result:
Not full screen blurred. Some tiles are blurred and some tiles are clear by APZ.

Expect result:
full screen blurred by APZ
