The problem:
Bookmarks don't show up in sidebar when mozilla (Navigator+Mailnews) starts.
Choosing another sidebar tab and the returning to bookmarks they show up.

Build: 
mozilla 0.9.6 and 0.9.7

Steps to reproduce:
1) Set Apperance-Pref to start Navigator and Mail/News on startup.
2) Start mozilla. First the Navigator window comes up, then Mailnews and then
Navigator steels the focus again and comes up in front. 
3) Take a look at the bookmarks sidebar.

Expected results:
See Bookmarks-Sidebar with bookmarks.

Actual Result:
Blank bookmark sidebar

Additional Notes:
This seems to be an odd timing problem in optimized builds only. Note: If I set
the pref to Navigator-only on startup all works fine. On current debug builds I
don't see this problem, but the sequence of windows poping up is different,
MailNews comes much later, Navigator has time to complete its run.
