When called from Email, Contacts should only list those contacts that have an email address set

STR: 1) take a picture 2) click 'share' 3) select 'email' 4) in the TO field, tap the '+' button at the right 5) select 'Communications' expected result: - a list of contacts which have an email address set actual results: - a full list of all contacts, with a 'this contact has no email address' dialog for those which don't have an email set. this is MUCH harder to search because there is too many (yes, I know that there is a search box, but if the list was small I would have found quicker)
