Login in local repository redirects to the production website page. Unable to successfully login in local system.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open marketplace hosted on your local system.
2. Click on any app and then give review.
3. Post login it redirects to the production website instead of redirecting it to the local webpage URL.



Actual results:

Redirected to online available web page instead of my local webpage.


Expected results:

Should have redirected to local page.
This is WFM according to our set up instructions. Were you using fireplace only or docker/zamboni?

This issue was faced multiple times by many volunteers (in the marketplace-day event).

- We were using fireplace only
- The actual result is : It redirects to marketplace-dev.allizom.org (jeet, by mistake mentioned production).

Ram is right, we were using Fireplace only.
Also it was redirecting to the online dev instance only.

This shouldn't go to a local page. If you're using DEV for the data, you need to use it for login too.
