I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, firefox 40.
Not sure if this is only a e10s problem.
- With e10s enabled, the extensions icon becomes green when there's a video available, but it doesn't show the menu when clicking on it.
- With e10 disabled, the menu is correctly shown but all the videos have a size of 0MB, nothing is downloaded.
- Using Firefox 38 the add-on works as expected, the icon becomes green when there is a video available, and it can download it correctly.

Confirmed with Ubuntu 14.04 32-bits, Mac-10.11 and Windows-7 64-bits.
It is e10s specific. Works fine when e10s is disabled.

With Firefox 57 only WebExtensions are permitted and are, by default, e10s compatible.
