Steps to reproduce:

* Click and hold on a <select> element
* While holding the click move the mouse to the desired option
* Release click (mouse up) on the desired option



Actual results:

Nothing happens, need to click again on the option.


Expected results:

As I dragged the mouse along the <option>s they should have gotten highlighted and the one where Mouse up occurred, should have been selected.

It was possible to make a selection with one "long" click, not it is required to do 2 individual clicks as only way to use a <select> element.

This behavior changed in Firefox 40.

This was possible in Firefox 39 and also possible on beta versions of Chrome.

That's right, I forgot to note that this happened with e10s enabled. Disabling it restores the old behavior. Thanks
