116590 - Browser hangs (no CPU load) after running DSL speed test

After choosing a test server and running the speed test Java applet at 
www.dslreports/stest, the browser hangs when the 'Graph' radio button is 
pressed.  It appears that the browser is in process of loading a page 
displaying the test results. I can't tell whether this is Java related (the 
Java based test seems to complete its work) or browser related.  There is no 
cpu load once the browser hangs. I'm running JRE v1.3

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://www.dslreports/stest
2. Choose a test server
3. Click the 'Start' radio button to perform the speed test
4. Click the 'Graph' radio button once the test is complete

Actual Results:  After step 4, the browser begins to load a page displaying the 
test results.  Before anything new is rendered, the browser hangs.

Expected Results:  It should load and display the results page without hanging.

Since the browser hangs, it must be terminated with Taskmanager, hence no 
Talkback report is generated.

Correction: URL shown in 'Steps to reproduce' should be

Updating to JRE v1.3.1 has solved the problem.

worksforme, win2k, current mozilla trunk with JRE 1.3.1. Since the reporter sez 
that this only hung in JRE 1.3, then clearly a bug in the JRE, no?

Giving to some Sun folks, probably to pass along to someone who works on the 
actual JRE.

It works for me using the latest (ver. 1.4.1_01) JRE.

PS - Test seems accurate on my 2 MB/s cable connection.
