Bug 1161156 switched about:support from inContentUI.css to the new common.css. To make the TB about:support looking normal again we need small changes.

This are only small changes and Josiah is overloaded with his work, so I choose you, Blake, for the review.
I changed from system colors to fixed colors to look on all platforms the same (like the new in-content pages).
