We just pushed 31.7.0 on the weekend. https://live.mozillamessaging.com/thunderbird/start?locale=en-US&version=31.7.0 is not correct https://live.mozillamessaging.com/thunderbird/start?locale=en-US&version=31.6.0 is correct

help|about in version 31.6.0 doesn't offer 31.7.0. So it hasn't been pushed to channel yet, and I hope this bug report is probably invalid.

Fixed by r141609 I reported bug 1166192 to see if we can handle this a better way.

with the update to 31.8.0 the bug is back. I opened a bug report already before, but I guess this is the right place to re-open it https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1166196
