Details

In order to make the thread module into service in NG, we might need some preparation work for master that could help reducing the effort while migrating to the bridge server side.

In this meta we might need to come out a basic shape about threads service and we could apply this idea to current master first. Pleae ref more details in https://etherpad.mozilla.org/ng-message-threads-api
