Firefox builds should be reproducible.

I know it is going to be very hard with LTO build under Windows but under Linux, this should not be too hard.

For now, 38.0 is not reproducible:

It's equally hard for Windows and Linux because both are PGOed.

Note there's already an open bug for reproducible builds (bug 885777), and bug 1083277 is also related.

Also note that the Debian goal has a lower bar for achievement, because it doesn't involve reproducing Mozilla's builds.
