Hi, I have downloaded and configured Bugzilla 4.4.9 in my Linux Ubuntu system. Iam using the sendmail option of bugzilla to send emails to the user. My problem is bugzilla is unable to send emails on other than standard mail services (like gmail,yahoo).Bugzilla is unable to send email on my id(moazzamm@zenithss.co.in) or any other zenith mail id's. So please help me in this issue, should I have to do some configuration to do that or should I use smtp server for mail utility. Thanks in advance.
What does "unable" mean? Why do you think it is "unable" and how did you determine / debug this?
