Just to mention, it seems there is already a meta bug for the klif, but under its codename (woodduck), please refer to bug 1054172

Hi Josh: FYI Mohamed has started filing RTL bugs here thanks to the Woodduck phone we sent him. Is there a way we can make the partner aware of these? (or maybe CC someone on this bug?)

Hi Josh:

I've discussed w/ TCL about this before, do to timing they may not be able to take them before product launch, but can still check them and feedback to their SW team/vendor for future improvement consideration. Simply let them know via Bugzilla is enough.

Like discussed before, we are putting RTL-related issue we found in Klif in this bug FYI. If possible I would suggest your VAL team have have a double check then take them into next product/SW release's consideration. Thanks!
