Description:
When a user enters their gallery app with some images avaiable, they may observe some icons display as black thumbnails and will not load their image. If the user proceeds to navigate to large view of these images (by tapping), the image will display in this UI configuration. However, returning to gallery view will not load the image. Images will also not load regardless of restarting the app or device. This issue was observed on a single device with uncertain repro conditions to generate it's state.

Notes:
* Images on this phone were pushed on via adb on a separate day. Same set of images were pushed on today and are displaying thumbnails fine except one image.
* Images observing this black thumbnail condition are located on my sdcard, deleting some of them did not fix the condition for the rest
* Inserting a new image onto the sdcard via 'USB Mass Storage' did not exhibit this condition


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150519010201
2) Open the Gallery app
3) Observe images and black thumbnails*
4) Tap a single black thumbnail
5) Observe large view image**

Actual:
* Some images will display in thumbnail view as only black images
** The black thumbnailed images will display their actual image in large-view mode

Expected:
All images display in thumbnail mode

Tried several attempts on this and was not able to reproduce this issue on Flame master. I used a mix of adb push as well as copying the images directly over from desktop to sdcard.
